EMC Precision Acquires Biddle Precision Components
EMC Precision Machining, a fourth-generation, family-owned company that produces complex precision metal components for a diverse group of global customers, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Biddle Precision Components of Sheridan, Indiana.
Biddle Precision Components is also a fourth generation family-owned precision machining company. Its complementary machining technologies and capabilities will effectively double the size of EMC and give the firm a broader array of processes and skill sets to meet customer needs.
